Super Junior Won 3 Awards on Seoul Music Award

The Maknae of Super Junior, Cho Kyuhyun celebrate his 22 birthday (23 Korean) with some kind of feelings.

At the day, only 9 members of Super Junior attended the 19th High1 Seoul Music Awards, and the group won 3 awards, Popularity Award, Special Hallyu Award and BonSang Award. And it was going well with Kyu’s wish ahead the ceremony “I hope that it will be a good thing” and Super Junior finally came home with 3 awards. Congrats!

After receiving the Popularity Award, Kyu said “Today is really a good day, I’m really happy that an award ceremony is held on a day like this. It is always exciting when it comes to that one special day every year. Really thankful to families, friends and ELFs who had showed support with the popularity vote using their mobile phones.”

Rain's Phone Call Thrilled the whole Kang Shim Jang studio

On Kang Shim Jang/Strong Heart February 2nd Episode, MBLAQ Lee Joon made a surprise phone call with Rain. And the phone call thrilled the whole studio. Kang Ho Dong made a conversation with Rain:

MC Kang: Do you watch Strong Heart?
Rain: Yes I watch it often.
MC Kang: Do you remember any fun episode?

Is TRAX a Just Another “idol band”?

its hard for TRAX to stick with their rock style in nowdays k-pop industry. We can see easily how different the sound of their album now and their past album.

Typhoon (Jay Kim) and X-Mas (Jung Mo Kim) said in a recent interview that they would do all they can to fight against the preconceptions and notions about the band being an “idol band.” They expressed,

“Truthfully, there was some prejudice in the beginning. SM is home to many idol groups, but they do have musicians in other genres as well. We’re frequently asked whether or not we’re k-idols, but the truth is that, if we can prove our skills through our music well enough, all of this talk will naturally disappear. We just see this as another obstacle to overcome.”

TRAX definitely showed that they had SM pride, adding, “It’s true that SME’s size has helped us a lot. But that doesn’t matter because it’s the path that we chose, so we will overcome the prejudice.”

They finished off by saying, “We shed blood and sweat to make our latest album in order to win the approval of our fans. We worked hard for a distinctive genre and for the highest quality of music. We’ll work even harder to overcome any and all challenges.”

Big Bang Knocked Out 60 Fangirls

During the last day of their 2010 Big Show Concert held in Seoul on January 31st, 60 fan girls fainted. The girls were all rushed to the ER, where they received treatment. Luckily, there were no serious injuries and the girls are all doing fine. Well, other than the fact that they missed out on a big portion of the show and have now been admitted to the local loony bin.

Taegoon doesn’t want to be asked about JaeJoong anymore

Singer Taegoon, who is known to be close friends with Hero Jaejoong of Dong Bang Shin Ki, said during an episode of ‘My Name Is Taegoon’ that he does not want interviewers to ask him questions about Jaejoong.

Taegoon said “There’s a lot of people who thought poorly of me, they said I blackmail my friends and take advantage of TVXQ, there’s many people saying that.”

He continued, “I often talked about it with JaeJoong, but I don’t like people to look at me like that. There were many people who regarded us as good friends, but a lot also said I took advantage of it. We were very hurt. I didn’t talk about JaeJoong for a while. I request for them not to ask but they still do and write about it.”

Although they continually ask him about it, he says “It’s a challenge, I don’t want to give trouble to my friends. I don’t like bothering him.”

A Famous Japanese Actress Shows her Love for Big Bang

A famaous Japanese actress Wakatsuki Chinatsu showed her love for Big Bang trough her blog. It made Japanese netizen feel uneasy because Big Bang is a Korean Boyband.

On an online news site revealed that Wakatsuki posted on her blog her new hairstyle, she change her hair collour to be blonde just like G-Dragon and then shave her left side head with BB letter, and it refered to BigBang. She said "This logo is definitely Big Bang".

It’s been said that Wakatsuki Chinatsu had gone to Korea on the 31st to see the Big Bang’s ’Big Show’ concert.
