we'd already known about Super Junior Kangin's DUI and hit-and-run incident back in 2009. SME stopped his activities individually and with super junior, then made him hide somewhere to re-evaluate his careless actions. Though SME had told that Kangin will free from his 'punishment' this early 2010 but we still didn know yet when will it be.
now The Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office stated that Kangin and SME should pay 8,000,000 won ( around $8000) for Kangin's DUI and hit-and-run incident. Ya, there is always a price to pay for everything so Kangin must be carefull with his careless actions, stop drink should be his resolution for 2010. Hope so.
